If you are moving, you are improving – From The Bioneer

In this recent video from The Bioneer, Adam talks about if you are moving, you are improving. This idea is one thing that I truly believe is more important than anything when training and trying to stay healthy and in good shape. Sitting behind a desk or being slouched on your favorite couch or chair, watching Netflix isn’t going to keep you healthy.

While you are on your Netflix binge, get up and move around. It can be simple, like doing stretches, squats, or any of the thousands of movements available. Better yet, step away from the desk or chair and talk a short walk, preferably outside but anywhere will work. Even standing in place marching for a couple of minutes will go a long way to keeping both your mind and your body healthy.

I have been doing simple “just move” movements for well over a year, and it has helped me make incredible gains in my Martial Arts training and overall fitness. It also allows me to clear my mind and reboot my brain.
